Located in a buzzing area, this hotel has accommodating service staff. They even provide guests with directions and arrange autos for outdoor travel. Enjoy the complimentary breakfast, although you may have to order dinner from outside during your stay. the valet is very helpful in providing guests with the best experience.

Comfortable building with a clean room. It takes about 27 minutes to drive to the airport from here. Also, it's situated in a convenient location in the heart of Jackson. 🏨

Location was convenient as it was close to major attractions and easily accessible by car. The staff members were friendly and helpful with directions and arranging transportation. The AC worked well and WiFi was decent.
The hotel fell short in many areas. The breakfast provided was not up to par and was served in dirty dishes. The room was not cleaned properly, with dirty glasses left in the room and used towels left in the bathroom. The bedding was worn and torn, and the blankets were smelly. The staff was disorganized and uncoordinated and there was no hot water in the bathroom. Additionally, the lack of safety made it uncomfortable to stay, with loud music playing late into the night and suspicious activities happening around the hotel. not a pleasant experience.

Arjun Bhaiya, the valet, was helpful and friendly, providing us with useful information and arranging transportation. The service staff was accommodating and friendly. We felt safe and taken care of.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with really good staff who were very helpful and went the extra mile to meet all my requirements. The location of this hotel is great with easy access to public transportation such as the metro. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the facilities were modern and well equipped.

Location was near public transportation and restaurants. the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and a valet service. the valet was very helpful and informative, providing us with directions and arranging transportation for us.
The hotel was in a state of disrepair. the room was dirty and had torn bedding and towels.
